The Full New Roof Replacement Warranty is issued by ROSE ROOFING to the homeowner and provides coverage for a period of 10 years from the completion date of the full new roof replacement, as confirmed by a warranty certificate.
The warranty covers only the specific repair items listed in the original quotation and includes labour-only repairs.
Customer’s Legal Responsibility
ROSE ROOFING is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, interior or exterior damage, personal property loss, or issues caused by extreme weather, structural movement, third-party work, lack of maintenance, or misuse, and total liability is limited to the original contract price.
The warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and then independent arbitration if required.
5 Year Roof Repair Warranty

The Roof Repair Warranty is issued by ROSE ROOFING to the homeowner and provides coverage for a period of 5 years from the completion date of the roof repair, as confirmed by a warranty certificate.

Guarantees for VELUX Roof Windows, VELUX Electrical Products, VELUX Blinds and Shutters, Extended Guarantee Registration are supplied by VELUX directly.
Solar Panels & System
Solar panels will come with a manufacturer guarantee of the panels performance. Different manufacturers offer different guarantees – you will find out the manufacturer at quotation stage from ROSE ROOFING.
